Annual Thanksgiving Meal Distribution
For over 50 years we have supplied families in need with complete Thanksgiving Meals.

Nursing Home Visitations
Teams make weekly Saturday visits to local nursing homes to minister to the residents.

Annual Back To School Festival
This event 'kicks off' the school year by organizing a day of fun in a local park for the neighborhood children. They are given school supplies and reading books for take-aways.

Reading Jamboree
This event is in collaboration with a local elementary school where adults read to children to encourage active listening skills. Each child is given a book and encouraged to read.

Christmas Celebration for Children
The FHC.com Ministry hosts this fun event for the neighborhood children and each child is given a present to put under the Christmas tree.

RED CROSS
Once a month (every third Saturday) a group of people; both young and old, volunteer at the Red Cross /Boston Food Pantry  located at 1033 Mass Ave. in Boston. This is one of the largest food pantries in New England. Jobs range from distributing food, packing up food, checking people in, greeting people, and bringing bags of food to their vehicles. The most important aspect of this ministry is that we have the opportunity to serve people who are in need as well as offer that service with a smile and respect. This allows us to demonstrate FHC’s vision: Touching Lives by the Light.
